Dixie Painting Warranty

Dixie Painting will repaint peeling or flaking paint resulting from defective workmanship for a 5 year period following completion of work and payment of full contract price according to the contract with following exceptions:

This warranty does not cover:
1. Surfaces with galvanized metal
2. Horizontal surfaces i.e. decks, railings, stairs, roofs
3. Cracks in drywall or plaster
4. Stained or varnished surfaces
5. Exterior metal railings or fences
6. Horizontal concrete surfaces

Any repainting of defective areas must be done by Dixie Painting. All materials must be supplied by Dixie Painting.

This warranty covers only those services provided by the contractor to the original purchaser named on the contract.

Some houses may not qualify for the warranty due to multiple layers of old paint unless existing paint is removed to down to a sound surface.
